The visible wood in the interiors retains the traditional look while adding warmth to the home.

The property occupies the whole building, with access from the street and distribution across four levels: ground floor, two main floors, and the attic for five people. It features two double bedrooms—ideal for resting after a day by the sea or in the mountains—and two full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. The kitchen, though missing an oven, is equipped with all necessary appliances for an independent stay: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... and it also opens onto a small exterior balcony, perfect for breakfast or a sunset drink.

The layout is as follows:
Ground floor: storage and utility area, space to leave bikes, surfboards, strollers, or kids’ scooters. It includes a laundry area for wetsuits.
First floor: a small studio with a living/bedroom furnished with collector’s items, private bathroom with shower, 1.60 m double bed, and TV.
Second floor: living room with decorative fireplace (not in use) and TV, dining area for family meals, access to the wooden balcony, small functional kitchen, and stairs to the attic.
Attic: two bedrooms, one with a 1.50 m bed and TV, the other with a 1.35 m Japanese futon. There are standard and Velux-style windows (which cannot be opened for safety), and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Just steps away, you’ll find the impressive Basilica of the Assumption of Santa María, the fishing port, and Isuntza and Karraspio beaches—ideal for enjoying the Cantabrian Sea without needing to drive. In the evenings, the cobbled streets, pintxo bars, and seaside charm invite you to wander at your leisure.

For those who want to explore further, Lekeitio is a strategic base for visiting the Basque Country: Bilbao and its famous Guggenheim Museum are just 1 hour away by car. San Sebastián is a little over an hour’s drive—perfect for a gourmet escape. Vitoria-Gasteiz, the green capital, is also about an hour away.
